Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return or exercise your Right of Withdrawal, please contact us at support@vloss.store or submit a request through our Right of Withdrawal page.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Orders may be cancelled before processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, customers may use their Right of Withdrawal in accordance with applicable laws.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
